Dining at the Parklands is a food lover's delight. We pride ourselves on the quality of the food and service available in our two restaurants and thus we have been awarded two AA Rosettes and are listed in the ‘A Taste of Scotland’ guide.

Our Acanthus Restaurant is fine dining at its best with classic and new dishes combined on a menu to provide a great experience from the moment you arrive until you enjoy your coffee and liqueur in the lounge afterwards. The food is complemented by beautiful surroundings and an extensive wine list.

For a more informal experience No. 1 The Bank offers a wide selection of dishes that are changed seasonally and you can enjoy your food whilst admiring the views of the garden and the surrounding parkland. In the summer months we also offer our bistro menu on the terrace in front of the hotel.

Both of our restaurants use the best local produce and reflect the ingredients available from the local countryside and for those of you that are staying more that one night you have the choice of a different style of food in the same hotel.
